Glad I came across this place, I read great reviews decided to try them. Only had oil changed and have to go back for another today or tomorrow 👍, doesn't make a woman feel stupid,and I do actually know a few things about some car repairs...I feel comfortable there.😁😁

I stopped in just to get an inspection sticker...they discovered a few things that I had paid to be done elsewhere..and come to find out they weren't complete and the oil that had been put was wrong! the people here at A1 are awesome and I'm so glad I stumbled upon them. This is my new car service home!

Bobby and crew were very helpful. we were traveling thru and our AC condenser coil ffailed. They got us right in and had us back on the road in record time. We appreciate the prompt and courteous service we received. i would recommend these guys to anyone in the Hammond LA area.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the fast service and price of our oil change, etc. Very nice people and we found our new auto repair shop.

This place not only deserves 5 stars , it also deserves a loyal customer following. Anything less would be a disservice. My wife and I are traveling from Michigan and after my air conditioning quit product cold air I took my 2014 Silverado to A1 for service including an oil change. We were warmly greeted and provided an upfront cost estimate before starting the work. The general manager " Bobby" was very attentive and provided professional updates of the progress. He also pointed out that the incorrect oil was previously added during the last oil change and assured me that the correct oil would be used during today's visit. He also pointed out a lifter noise and rather than recommending to do the work at an additional cost he suggested that we have it addressed at a dealer to be repaired " under warranty ". He also advised that after adding 1# of freon to monitor the system and if we noticed further loss of cooling then he would repair the system and not charge for additional freon if needed. I would highly recommend A-1 for any service required while in the Hammond area.

Great service and while I was there they noticed a few issues I wasn’t aware of and took care of them for me, Thanks to the whole staff at A1 Quick Lune & Autocare!!
