Hammond Auto Repair

I took my son car for installation of air conditioner repair. I bought the parts myself. Well the freon was leaking. I understood they couldnt warranty the parts but i expected them to warranty their labor. The compressor wasnt holding freon seems to me like they should noticed that when they installed it being that they hooked it up to their machine.. then want to charge me just to look at it. How do i really know that it wasnt the mechanics failt thst he didnt hook up the lines. But i will.

Great customer service, they went above and beyond for me today, my friend who works there came pick my car up from my job, fixed my tire and got me a new inspection sticker and dropped my car back off to me, again they went above and beyond for me, highly recommended!!! Thanks again!

The shop is amazing. Janna sent me my inspection and once I opened it, informed me that she saw that I viewed. Great technology. The inspection showed me a lot of things that was wrong with my vehicle that I wasn't aware of. They had pictures as well so I never felt like I was misinformed. They texted me, so I didn't have to leave work to answer the phone too. Very easy to work with. Thanks A-1.

Its ok but don't know if I would go there again
